Yesterday in my last post I wrote about the armed attack near Uzbek border.
I also presented two options for the follow up to these events. One of the two options was that Uzbekistan would have blamed some unknown extremist group coming from Kyrgyzstan for what had happened in its territory.
Now, please have a look to this press release. For your information, I also do private fortunetelling, just send me an email with your request and a picture of you. Will receive invoice together with the verdict in your email account .

Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry official: If Uzbek border guards let gunmen cross their border, this is their responsibility
Bishkek (AKIpress) - "Information that a group of gunmen intruded into the Uzbek town of Khanabad from Kyrgyzstan is absolutely untrue," Border Service Vice Chairman Cholponbek Turusbekov told a news conference today in Bishkek.
He said the border is guarded by Kyrgyz and Uzbek border services. The security measures on Uzbek border are much tougher, he added.
"If Uzbek border guards let some gunmen cross their border with such tough security measures on the border, this is their responsibility. We can not respond to comments made by Uzbekistan," Erik Asanaliev, Ambassador-at-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
"After two explosions in the night of May 25 and 26 in Khanabad town near the Kyrgyz-Uzbek border, some law enforcement agencies and border services of the two countries tightened security measures. The border troops always respond to such incidents in a certain way. The Uzbek border service adopted some additional actions later on. No movement of troops and groups of people was observed," Cholpon Turusbekov said.
He added that all border checkpoints operate normally. Uzbekistan tightened border crossing procedures. Citizens of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan are allowed to cross the border to their home countries.
The situation is calm now. The border is crossed by people as usual in enclaves Sokh and Ak-Tash. The rest checkpoints operate only unilaterally.
